Time Off Calendar
Time Off Calendar - Would the best way be to create an email address and have the calendar items associated with that email? You have to create a second calendar entry to actually block the time on your own calendar. I don't want to add a service and have my coworker think he has. I've added a new site to our o365 account called calendars, in which i've created a few calendars (add app > calendar) for various purposes (time off for staff vacation requests, conference line for internal resource booking, etc.), and i've modified the fields for each calendar to remove fields that don't apply (like 'location' for the time. Or creating a room for those requests and calendar events? While teams and outlook are powerful tools, setting up a seamless vacation tracking system can be a bit tricky.

We were hoping to use this to track days off (as all day 'free time' events with no attendees), and to schedule meetings that the department can track, but. Now when i go to the calendar, there is no time off button. The event created in outlook does not appear in bookings app as time off and therefore allows a service to be booked at the same date/time as the time off event. The outlook calendar event for 24/06/22 shows up in the bookings calendar in blue compared to the time off event created inside bookings which is in orange. You Can Edit An Existing Rule By Clicking On The Rule On Your Resource’s Calendar.
